Preliminary project and proposals
We carry out proposal and drafts for out clients who want to explore the possibilities of their projects within the parameters established by the rules and laws of Panama. These steps are essential for designing a project and then proceed to the final stage of development. Either a proposal or a preliminary project, we guide our clients step by step to obtain the final Municipal approval, through all its stages, from the creative to the government approvals.
Consulting
In Diamond & Escobar Architects we offer to our customers the necessary assistance before they make a decision. We believe that our services have a direct impact on the growth of the owner´s equity, commercial, residential or industrial. That is why we provide all our knowledge and technical support to our projects. At the end, we offer a full architectural service and the execution of the project if desired by our clientes.
Zoning analysis
We offer, in addition to our Consulting, a full analysis of zoning for our projects. It is essential for our clients, owners or investors to know what type of projects are allowed, whether commercial, residential or industrial. Within these services, we offer our customers zoning changes, Land use allocation and Tolerances as we and Municipality finds appropriate.
Remodel works
We provide construction and remodeling services for our client´s projects. Whether an interior remodel, corporate or residencial, or a addition to a house we handle everything you need in the project. We offer project management in the construction phase and coordinate with engineers and contractors involved in the construction. Further we can provide private bidding process for the Contractor selection.
Project managing and inspections
We help the new owners of properties, whether houses or apartments, in the process of Property Acceptance between new own and the Real Estate Developer. Nothing makes feel our clients safer when we make sure that everything meets the highest standards of construction prior to final acceptance of their new home . For project management we offer advice from selecting the contractor, bidding process, construction progress, execution times and payments.
