Urbanization in La Chorrera
A proposal for to two models of homes for low income family was designed for a urbanization in La Chorrera for a US based real estate company looking to expand operation in Panama due to the difficult financial times in the globe. La Chorrera and Arraijan are the fastest growing sectors in the province of Panama. The results of our proposal were two houses with different layout but similar in façade, one of which allowed the extension of a third bedroom in the future.
